Krystle Thomas

Ms. Thomas is a director in the Albuquerque office. She practices in the Litigation Department with an emphasis in employment law. Ms. Thomas also practices in the area of professional liability and litigates a variety of civil commercial matters. Ms. Thomas has defended clients in both jury and non-jury trials in State and Federal Court, in addition to administrative tribunals. Ms. Thomas also provides her clients with counseling on employment issues and risk management. Prior to joining the Rodey Law Firm, Ms. Thomas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Cleland, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. During law school, Ms. Thomas served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She also participated in the University of Michigan Law School's Criminal Appellate Practice Clinic and drafted a successful habeas corpus petition for an indigent defendant.
