I have practiced employment law in metro-Atlanta for almost 33 years, representing both employers and employees. From 1989 to 1996, I served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State Attorney General’s Office defending state agencies and officials in employment litigation. In 1996, I entered private practice and continued to represent state agencies and officials in employment litigation as a Special Assistant Attorney General. for the last 15 years, I have primarily represented employees, while continuing to represent small businesses in employment litigation, including representing both employees and employers in wage collective actions and in restrictive covenant cases. I have also represented county governments and represented employees against local governments. I currently serve as a Mediator and Arbitrator with BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services. I am also a Mediator and Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
