Kirk Warner

Kirk Warner is an experienced trial lawyer and senior partner at Smith Anderson. He heads Smith Anderson’s Products Liability, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Loss and Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Practice Groups and he is a senior litigator in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team with trial experience spanning many litigation areas and industries. Kirk thrives on complex and challenging bet-the-company litigation. He represents clients nationally, regionally and statewide in complex litigation matters throughout the country. Kirk is a retired Army Colonel and Senior JAG Officer who commanded units from Company to Brigade during combat operations and stateside. He served as legal counsel to three Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. Kirk is the award-winning author of Zone of Action and A Hoot in Hell’s Island.
