Kip Malek

I currently represent injured workers at administrative hearings at the Ohio Industrial Commission and jury trials in the various Ohio courts of common pleas. Work injuries are devastating for folks, so my goal is to increase the probability of a successful outcome for those folks. Whether this is compensation, or payment of medical treatment, or a fair and reasonable settlement. When I'm not lawyering and doing various other tasks at the office, then I'm busy creating really boring, but informative videos about Ohio Workers Comp Law. When I'm absolutely free of all my "work" tasks, then I'm either drawing, modeling characters and creatures in 3d, 3d printing the things I've modeled, putzing around with generative ai, cosplaying as a programmer, or dipping my hands in whatever else grabs my attention. Right now I do law, who knows what I'll be doing next. Something fun and interesting.
