About Kimberly Morris
My practice primarily focuses on representing high level executives, companies, audit committees, and trustees civilly in professional liability litigation and criminally in white collar defense and internal investigations. I have represented and counseled clients in a broad range of civil and criminal matters involving fair lending practices, state and federal environmental regulations, securities and financial regulations, probate challenges, fiduciary and business tort laws, and health care laws. As a member of Baker & Hostetler’s white collar team, I have experience representing clients in criminal matters in both state and federal court and in connection with multiple grand jury investigations. I have also successfully managed complex civil cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts that have resolved well over $400 million of claims and disputes for my clients in just the past few years.
