About Kimberley Lunetta

Kimberley E. Lunetta is a Shareholder in Vedder Price's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lunetta represents employers in a range of labor and employment litigation before federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies, as well as in FINRA and other arbitration forums. Ms. Lunetta's trial experience includes federal and state discrimination and harassment as well as restrictive covenant and trade secret matters. Ms. Lunetta also regularly counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including accommodation of employee disabilities and medical leaves, harassment claims, employee disciplinary issues, individual and group termination decisions, arbitration programs, restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement, and reductions-in-force. She has conducted investigations into various harassment and discrimination claims and negotiated employment, noncompete, and separation agreements. Ms. Lunetta also provides sexual harassment and antidiscrimination training for management and human resources personnel. Ms. Lunetta received her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2005 and her B.A. in psychology from George Mason University in 1991. Ms. Lunetta is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey, and New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York; and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
