About Khari Tillery
Whether handling complex cases for leading technology companies, real estate investors, EMS providers, or Am Law 100 law firms, my focus is always on protecting my client's business. To that end, I look to identify effective strategies early in the case to help my clients achieve their goals and resolve their problems, either by winning at trial or on summary judgment or by reaching a favorable settlement. And while most cases are resolved short of trial, I am a trial lawyer by trade and litigate under the presumption that every case will eventually need to be presented to a trier of fact. Prior to joining Keker & Van Nest, I spent a year at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights in San Francisco as the Thurgood Marshall Fellow. I also spent two years clerking for federal judges, both at the district and circuit court level, giving me a deep understanding of what judges want and need to see in order to resolve issues in favor of my client.
