Is it possible that the majority of people in our community are still not making informed decisions when it comes to their personal injury cases? My name is Kevin Swenson. I’m the co-founding Partner at Swenson & Shelley and have been practicing law for more than 27 years. After starting my career representing insurance companies and getting an inside look into how claims aren’t being paid, I “changed camps” and switched to representing injured individuals in our community rather than the multi-billion dollar insurance companies that fight those claims of those individuals. Many injured individuals in our community, especially those injured in trucking accidents, still don’t know quite what to expect, how to get medical help, or how they will possibly pay for all of their medical bills. At Swenson & Shelley, we’re locally based, community oriented, and actively working on changing that fact.
