As special counsel with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, I provide employment advice and counsel to a range of clients, including financial institutions, brokerage firms, retailers, hospitals, and not-for-profits. When clients are unable to resolve disputes, I engage as trial counsel in employment litigation, including class and single-plaintiff discrimination and wage and hour disputes, compensation disputes, and restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation in federal and state courts, arbitral fora and before administrative and regulatory agencies. Since April 2009, I volunteer as an arbitrator to hear and decide civil matters in the Civil Court of the City of New York.
