Kevin Murphy

"Helping Professionals Protect their Licenses!" Kevin C. Murphy fights for professionals before state licensing boards, and represents injured persons in civil litigation, in California and Nevada. Mr. Murphy represents healthcare practitioners before the board of medicine, board of nursing, board of pharmacy, board of chiropractic examiners, board of behavioral sciences, board of dental examiners, occupational therapy board, etc., and other licensed professionals before their state agencies. Mr. Murphy earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law in 2003 from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He was elected Student Representative and served on the UCSD Student Services Task Force and received a UCSD Leadership Certificate award for his performance. During college Mr. Murphy focused on constitutional legal issues as a co-author of the Earl Warren Bill of Rights Project, and as a Congressional Intern in Washington D.C. Mr. Murphy obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Western School of Law in 2006. While studying at California Western, Kevin was placed on the Dean’s Honor List for academic performance; maintained a leadership role as a Student Bar Association Representative; received Outstanding Academic Achievement Awards for his judicial internship with the San Diego County Superior Court and for his involvement with the San Diego Superior Court Volunteer Mediator Program. In addition, Mr. Murphy completed Cornell University's Comparative Law Institute while studying at the Sorbonne Univeristé in Paris, France. Kevin C. Murphy is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
