About Kevin Moore
Any client involved in employment, business or construction litigation comes to the process burdened with a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty. Kevin Moore and his partners quickly size up the case, identify the goal to be achieved, and provide the roadmap to reach that goal in the litigation process. Whether zealously advocating the client’s position in the courtroom or cogently analyzing the business impact of litigation in the boardroom, Kevin provides the unique blend of trial counsel and business leadership clients need to achieve their strategic goals through the litigation process. Having filed hundreds of real estate tax assessment appeals, Kevin has become the firm’s advocate in assisting property owners with appealing their assessments. In addition, Kevin chairs the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, and is the immediate past chairman of the Berks County Bar Association’s Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Employment and Labor Committee. Kevin lectures extensively to the business community and attorneys on all areas of employment and construction litigation. He is an approved EEOC trainer, and guest lecturer at local colleges and universities. Kevin volunteers his time as an attorney by serving as the volunteer Solicitor to many community and charitable organizations. Kevin serves his community not only as an attorney, but as a coach and mentor. He is a Boy Scout leader and Lector at St. John Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church; serves as the academic advisor to the LaSalle Academy and Berks County CYO Declamation Programs, and serves with his wife, Susan as a pre-marriage counselor at his parish. Kevin is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law.
