About Kevin Javidzad
Kevin is a California and New York State licensed attorney whose practice focuses on real estate transactions, civil litigation, contract drafting and negotiations, and personal injury matters. Kevin's matters have been featured in Forbes and Billboard. Kevin graduated from the USC Gould School of Law with a certificate in Business Law. Kevin has represented real estate buyers and sellers in numerous purchase and sale transactions, contentious litigation, and business restructuring matters. Kevin leverages his litigation experience to foresee and avoid problems that may arise in the course of his clients’ businesses and transactions. The Marshall School of Business awarded him the Isaac’s Endowed Real Estate Scholarship in recognition of his high marks in the real estate curriculum. Kevin has experience in underwriting assets, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and participating in deal negotiations.
