Kevin Griffith

Kevin has been living in Columbus, Ohio and practicing employment law for companies and executives for over 30 years. He has represented companies and executives in all facets of employment-related litigation, including no-compete, no-solicit, trade secret, other types of business competition litigation, all forms of whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and executive employment agreement litigation and arbitration. Kevin also is a national expert in the area of workplace substance abuse policies and testing, including regarding the nation's new legalized marijuana state laws. In addition, Kevin regularly assists employers implement, enforce, and update their Code of Conduct, personnel policies and employment agreements, as well as design and implement reductions-in-force, restructurings, and job position re-classifications. Kevin and his wife Julie, a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician, have raised 4 daughters. One is the principal of a 130+ year old Catholic grade school in Fishtown in Philadelphia; two have Masters degrees are in mental health counseling and are doing great work for children and adults in that area of critical need; and the youngest is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame where she is focused passionately on her academics and developing plans to do good in the world after she graduates.
