Kevin Ginsberg

I am a 1994 graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a bachelor of science in business administration, and a 2000 graduate of UNC’s School of Law. After law school, I clerked for the Honorable Patricia Timmons Goodson when she was a Judge with the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Between 2003 and 2015 I served as the Senior Litigation Attorney for Lanier Law Group, where I handled thousands of personal injury cases, successfully settling most but also successfully trying dozens of cases to jury verdicts. In 2015 I joined the Taibi Kornbluth Law Group and I continue to practice in all areas of personal injury law. I am a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and an officer for the Durham Bar Grievance Committee. Kevin is married to Andrea Ginsberg, the owner of local gourmet popcorn shop, The Mad Popper. He and his wife have two sons, and when not working or spending time with his family, Kevin runs marathons, juggles, makes pickles, writes and performs for the Murphey School Radio Show, and volunteers his time for the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations.
