About Kevin Frost
Kevin J. Frost is the Managing Partner at Clark Frost Zucchi and a trial lawyer focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, transportation liability, and construction liability. He has successfully tried and settled complex cases throughout Illinois, securing multi-million-dollar results for clients in matters involving catastrophic injury and loss. Mr. Frost is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers honoree each year since 2019. Mr. Frost has handled high-profile litigation including the Chemtool explosion in Rockton, the Canadian National Railroad train derailment in Rockford, and served as co-counsel in the REACT Helicopter crash, as well as defective medical device cases involving DePuy ASR and Stryker hip replacements. He earned his Accountancy degree with High Honors and his J.D. from the University of Illinois, where he now serves on the College of Law Alumni Board. In addition to his legal practice, he is an elected Alderman on the Rockford City Council, serving as Chairman of the Legislative and Lobbying Committee and the Finance and Personnel Committee.
