About Kevin Cauley
I have been representing clients in construction law and construction defect cases for more than 30 years throughout California and in San Diego for the last 28 years. I have represented a variety of clients from all segments of the construction industry including owners, architects, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties. I joined the law firm of Gade and Cauley in 1987 and moved to Schwartz, Semerdjian, Ballard and Cauley in 2003 where I have continued to represent owners, architects, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties in construction industry matters and disputes since that time. I have represented and defended architects, subcontractors and suppliers in numerous large construction cases in the past several years.
