Kerry Jardine

I am a business-minded, tenacious litigator and creative problem solver. My focus is on my clients' needs and how to best achieve them. My practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and employment law. My complex litigation practice includes employment, intellectual property, antitrust, class actions, construction, product liability, and professional liability. I represent clients in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation in state and federal court, in the alternative dispute resolution process, and in administrative matters. I also handle appeals. I provide legal advice and strategy within a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, and construction. I collaborate closely with my clients to determine the best course of action and bring both aggressive representation and creative resolutions to matters that I am involved with. Recognizing the expense of litigation, I also advise my clients on how to avoid litigation by providing sound business solutions and risk management assessments. I am a member of the South Carolina, New York, and New Jersey state bars. I am admitted to practice before the District of South Carolina, Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
