About Kenneth Waterway
Through more than 30 years of practice I have tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases to verdict or judgment. I primarily represent companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. I handle a wide variety of contract actions, shareholder/partnership disputes, claims of fraud and business torts, and intellectual property litigation. I also have extensive experience in product liability, breach of warranty, and Federal Employers Liability Act matters, with a long history representing and counseling heavy equipment manufacturers and distributors, energy companies, and transportation companies and railroads in high-exposure proceedings. In addition to being experienced in the courtroom, I am an avid writer and excel in hands-on involvement in strategic motion practice and appeals.
