About Kenneth Rosenberg
For the past 30 years, I have represented employers regarding their labor and employment and affirmative action issues. I frequently counsel clients on the myriad of federal, state and local laws that govern the workplace including the NLRA, Title VII, ADEA, OWBPA, FLSA, NJLAD, NJ Wage and Hour law, CEPA, COBRA, EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 among others. I have successfully represented employers before the NLRB, PERC, PERB, EEOC, NJ Division of Civil Rights, U.S. and N.J. DOL, OFCCP, OSHA and various federal and state courts.
