Kenneth McEwan

I am a full-time mediator and arbitrator. During my 40 year litigation career, I represented a diverse clientele on a wide range of legal issues to achieve results consistent with their objective whether through trial, arbitration, risk allocation and settlement or mediation. I have represented parties in hundreds of mediations and judicial settlement conferences, which has enriched my personal experience and specific knowledge of the methodologies employed by effective neutrals in resolving disputes. I completed the intensive mediation program offered by the Pepperdine University School of Law, Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution in Washington D.C.
