I am a solo practitioner dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients and delivering high-level expertise at attractive rates. My private practice attracts a broad range of clients who value personal service. I have represented clients in all aspects of employment law and labor relations relations including discrimination, employment contracts, collective bargaining, occupational safety and health, wage and hour, and severance/wrongful discharge. Since 1985 I have expanded my practice into bankruptcy and financially distressed situations; general corporate & commercial law; real estate law, transactional as well as landlord/tenant, industrial and commercial as well as residential; state and federal litigation. I am also experienced in the area of alternative dispute resolution as both an advocate and as an arbitrator/mediator. I have also pursued post-graduate work at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and at The John Marshall Law School.
