Kenneth Beljanski

As an attorney in Southern and Central Illinois, my practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and workers’ compensation cases. I’ve served clients for more than 25 years litigating cases to verdicts and awards throughout Illinois for several law firms. I am licensed to practice in Illinois and admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. I earned a law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where I was an ATLA Trial Competition National Finalist and a member of the Southern Illinois Inn of Court. My bachelor’s degree and master’s degree are from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where I was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Society. I served as both president and vice president of Sigma Phi Epsilon (Illinois Eta Chapter) during my undergraduate years, and as an advisor during my graduate years. My personal passion is hockey. All four members of my immediate family are on the ice playing several days a week. I play, coach, and ref what I consider the greatest full body workout in the world.
