About Kenneth Bauer
I am an attorney who has been practicing bankruptcy law in the Bay Area since 1986. I first practiced in a firm specializing in bankruptcy, and then opened my own law practice in 1991. I advise and represent individuals, married couples, and small businesses in bankruptcy matters, from pre-planning through case conclusion, and often continuing after bankruptcy. I represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and small Chapter 11 cases, and I also represent creditors. My approach is to simplify the bankruptcy process for my clients as much as possible. In most cases, everything, from the first consultation through case completion and closure, is done by phone, text, email, fax, and video, resulting in significantly less stress for you.
