About Ken Gerber
Owner of Gerber Injury Law. I have been practicing law for the last 18 years and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law for the last 15. After graduating college with honors from Tulane University in New Orleans, my passion for trial work began as a member of the nationally ranked Stetson College of Law Trial Team, where my mock trial team placed first in both State and National competitions. I graduated from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL, cum laude. I followed my passion for trial work to the prosecutor’s office where I prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and handled more jury trials than any other prosecutor during that time frame. After rising through the ranks of the prosecutor’s office, I was hired by a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm because of my background in jury trials. In 2001, I founded my own Plaintiff’s Personal Injury practice, which I grew to six offices along the west coast of Florida. In 2009, I sold a highly successful law practice and moved to Arizona. I am licensed to practice in all State Courts in Arizona and Florida, the United States District Courts of Arizona and the Middle District of Florida. I remain committed to the highest in client service. Specialties:I am not a certified specialist through the Arizona Bar Association. However, I concentrate my practice in the following areas.
