Kelly Myers

Kelly Mulloy Myers' practice is devoted to advocating for the rights of employees in Ohio and Kentucky. She is experienced in representing clients through all stages of the employment relationship from assisting employees with negotiating contracts of employment and non-compete agreements to litigating claims of unlawful termination. Kelly received her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and earned a Masters in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. Kelly is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She was one of the first attorneys in the State of Ohio to be certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in Labor and Employment Law. Kelly is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and its local counterpart, the Cincinnati Employment Lawyers Association. Kelly has been a leader in the Cincinnati Bar Association, having served as its 127th President, President of the Foundation, Chair of the Women Lawyers Section, and Chair of the Young Lawyers Section.
