About Kelly Lindsey
Litigation and trial lawyers are often so busy with developing the facts and evidence for their cases that they don't always have the time or experience to sit and think through the complex legal issues that could affect the outcome of their cases. That's where I come in. With my breadth of knowledge and enthusiasm for the law, I specialize in finding the answers to complex legal questions with my research and analytical skills. I use my legal writing skills to draft complex motions to persuade judges on how the law affects my clients' cases. I practice primarily as a civil defense lawyer, and I am knowledgeable about a wide range of civil litigation topics. While I may not be the lead or even second chair on many cases, my work can be instrumental in getting cases resolved in my clients' favor, either through dispositive motions or settlements influenced by the probable success of dispositive motions.
