About Kelly Gorman
As Practice Group Leader for the Pension & Employee Benefits Practice Group, I advise clients on qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements—from plan design and qualification to administration and termination. In my practice, I provide guidance on ERISA and tax compliance and assist employers with matters involving the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor, including benefit plan audits and corrections. I advise clients on the design and drafting of non-qualified deferred compensation plans, including incentive-based, supplemental, and severance/retention arrangements. I also handle matters involving health care compliance, general transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. I work with a diverse group of corporate clients, including nonprofit organizations, banks and bank holding companies, universities, and municipalities.
