About Kelly DeLacey
Kelly J. Shindell DeLacey is a Certified Family Law Specialist and Fellow of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Shindell DeLacey is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and Fellow with the American Bar Foundation. Ms. Shindell DeLacey has handled all aspects of family law matters, ranging from high-asset marital dissolutions involving complex property issues, to high conflict custody disputes, as well as pro bono family law cases. During law school, Ms. Shindell DeLacey served as an extern in the San Francisco Superior Court Unified Family Division under the Honorable Harold Kahn. Ms. Shindell DeLacey is honored to be named as a Super Lawyer, in the Northern California (2014-2026) in Super Lawyers magazine, and as an outstanding young lawyer on the Northern California Rising Stars list (2009-2013). Ms. Shindell DeLacey has also been named in the Top 100 Lawyers in Northern California in 2017, 2018, and 2022-2026, and in the Top 50 Woman Lawyers in Northern California Super Lawyers magazine (2014-2026).
