My law practice involves representation and consultation regarding the following: •CARE Court • Families in crisis with their child(ren) (domestic violence, runaways, children who have been arrested, depression and suicidality, CPS investigations, and more). •Juvenile Justice • Family law, including custody, child support, and consulting attorney on mediated divorces. • Adoption, including consultation regarding options available and transition of the child. •Conservatorships (LPS, Limited, and General) •Guardianships I am passionate about serving the best interests of children, both professionally and personally, including the following: • Helping to create and support safe, healthy families through advocacy and adoption. • Helping children, including those adopted, to form strong attachments with their caregivers. • Helping adults who were abused and/or neglected as children. • Helping parents and other caregivers find solutions and next steps when in crisis. I am also passionate about human rights, empathetic listening, and connection with others.
