As the Director of the Ogletree Deakins EEO Advantage Administrative Charges Program, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to helping employers navigate the complexities of administrative charges filed with federal, state, and local agencies nationwide. Leveraging advanced legal project management strategies, cutting-edge technology, and a highly experienced team, our program empowers employers to manage these charges efficiently and cost-effectively.My approach involves closely collaborating with employers to understand their unique business objectives and challenges. By developing and implementing practical, tailored solutions, I ensure that our strategies align with employers' overall strategic and business goals. Over the years, I have successfully assisted employers with thousands of administrative charge matters filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) across all 15 EEOC Districts, as well as with state and local Fair Employment Practice Agencies (FEPAs) nationwide.In addition to managing administrative charges, I regularly conduct training on best practices for handling matters before administrative agencies. I also provide day-to-day counseling on a wide range of employment-related issues, including human resources concerns, investigations, and employee policies. My expertise spans across various industries, including hospitality, banking, retail, staffing, and trucking and logistics, among others.With a commitment to delivering quality and consistency, I strive to provide employers with the strategic guidance and legal expertise necessary to navigate compliance challenges and achieve their business objectives.
