Kathy George

kathy c. george graduated with a bachelor of science degree in criminology from the university of south florida in 1996. ms. george graduated from st. thomas school of law in miami, florida. ms. george has practiced exclusively in the marital and family law arena in pinellas county, hillsborough county and pasco county, florida. as a complement to the marital and family law, ms. george specializes in family law appeals. ms. george is a member of the family law section of the florida bar. in 2004, she served as the president of the family law section of the st. petersburg bar association. in addition, ms. george served as the president of the canakaris inn of courts for pinellas county in 2006. she has been a member of the st. petersburg bar association and volunteered at law workshops throughout pinellas county. ms. george is a member of the pinellas county trial lawyers association. ms. george in addition to being a family law lawyer, she is a fortunate mother of a son which makes her sensitive to the needs of parents. ms. george is concerned with the well being of the children who are intertwined with the divorce process. specialties: marital and family law. divorce, modifications of (alimony, custody/time sharing or child support), family law appeals, wills.
