About Katherine Roberts
I represent employers in all facets of labor and employment litigation and traditional labor matters, including wage and hour class actions under federal and California law. I negotiate and administer complex collective bargaining agreements and have significant experience representing management in traditional labor matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act including union representation and decertification elections, defending against unfair labor practice charges and representing management in grievance arbitrations. In addition, I regularly counsel healthcare, recycling/waste, retail, media and performing arts clients on labor relations issues.
