I have represented employers in class actions, multi-plaintiff, and single-plaintiff cases involving discrimination on the basis of disability, age, sex, sex harassment, race, national origin, and other protected classifications filed under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, The Illinois Human Rights Act, and The Elliott Larsen Civil Rights Act. Additionally, I have substantial experience analyzing and interpreting laws and current legal trends to provide counseling to management and human resources professionals.
