About Katherine DiCicco
Katherine “Katie” DiCicco is an associate in the New Jersey office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. She focuses on employment litigation in both federal and state courts, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Katie also regularly handles charges brought against employers in state and federal agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Katie also practices in the area of cannabis law as it pertains to the workplace. This includes providing guidance to employers on their drug-free workplace policies, drug testing policies and procedures, and reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities who use medical cannabis. Katie has spent her entire legal career representing employers with regard to workplace law. Before entering private practice, Katie clerked for the Honorable Kenneth J. Grispin, P.J.Cv. (Ret. July 2018) and the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Union County Vicinage.
