About Kate Rockas
I have been practicing family law for over thirty years. I am available to meet virtually for consultations. I am mediating dissolution cases online (video conferencing such as Zoom calls). I am taking new clients during these unprecedented times and look forward to continue working virtually with clients, opposing counsel and the courts.For over thirty years, I have been a volunteer panelist for settlement conferences for the Marin County Superior Court. I also serve as a "volunteer attorney" for the court on their self-represented litigants calendar. I was Chair of the Family Law Section of the Marin County Bar Association in 2000. I have been on the Board of Directors for Marin County Women Lawyers since 2006 and was President of that organization in 2008 and 2009. I have been on the Board of Directors for the Marin County Bar Association since 2009 and am currently the editor of the Bar Association's newsletter The Marin Lawyer.Specialties: Divorces (division of property, child custody and visitation, child support and spousal support), Prenuptial Agreements.
