About Karla Lopez-Serafin
Mrs. Lopez-Serafin's practice is dedicated to estate planning, guardianships, limited conservatorships, probate matters, immigration matters and post conviction relief. Prior to opening her own practice, she lived in Italy for seven years and worked for an Italian engineering firm as head of overseas business development, tendering for contracts for development projects funded by various international financial institutions. Mrs. Lopez-Serafin received her B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on International Studies from the University of California, Irvine and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as a mentor and coordinator for the Judge Stephen O’Neil Trial Advocacy Mentoring Program. While in law school, she completed a Comparative French and European Union Law Course at the Nanterre University in Paris, France. She is fluent and able to conduct business in English, Spanish and Italian.
