Karla Kraft

I am a Partner at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and chair of the firm’s Class Action Defense group. My practice focuses on complex business litigation, including defending class actions; commercial real estate disputes; corporate, shareholder and partner disputes; breaches of corporate merger agreements and other business contractual disputes; trade secret and unfair competition matters; and, counseling and defending corporations on employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour matters. I enjoy being active in the Orange County professional, philanthropic, and arts communities. I am currently the president of the Orange County chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Law Center, the Dean’s Executive Board of the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, and the Executive Committee of the Sonenshine Pro Bono Opportunities Reception. I previously served as co-chair of Human Options’ Serious Fun gala in 2014 and in 2010 I was honored to receive the Marcus Kaufman Jurisprudence Award from the Orange County/Long Beach chapter of the Anti-Defamation League in recognition of significant contributions to the community and the legal profession.
