Karen Forner

I am an attorney, founder and owner of Sonorous LLC, a consulting company specializing in keynote speaking, training, presentations, and coaching (www.sonorousllc.com). I started my legal career at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office before going into private practice. I founded K-Solutions Law in 2009, growing it to an industry leader under the name Employer Solutions Law, advising and representing employers on Labor and Industries (workers' compensation, workplace safety, etc.) and employment law issues. While skilled in legal advice and litigation, my true interests and heart led me to develop into a frequent presenter and trainer at continuing legal education seminars, local and national conferences, industry groups and to employers directly. My goal is to help employers and individuals to work with both their minds and their hearts to be more self-aware and to understand and develop tools to respect and work with the uniqueness of every human being for improved engagement, positive workplace culture, profitability, and grace - both in and outside the workplace.
