About Karen Bray
I concentrate my legal practice in the areas of complex products liability, mass tort, and commercial actions litigation and arbitration. I serve as pre-trial and trial counsel, leading coordinated trial teams in federal and state courts and arbitrations, and have acted as special counsel in various bankruptcies involving mass tort valuation issues. I also have wide-ranging experience in the development of expert witnesses in various scientific and professional fields, including medicine, economics, social history, government auditing, product design, and claims estimation. I am actively involved in the firm’s in-house litigation training programs and serve as the Co-Hiring Chair and Co-Career Development Liaison for associates in the New York office.
