I have been practicing immigration law since 1993, representing companies and individuals in all aspects of immigration law, including, but not limited to: H, L, O, P and other types of non-immigrant visas; EB-1A (alien with extraordinary ability), EB-1B (outstanding professors and researchers), EB-1C (multinational managers/executive immigration), and EB-5 (investor visas); asylum law and removal proceedings; Board of Immigration Appeal; Administrative Office appeals; and federal court litigation involving immigration. I have been invited to discuss immigration issues with local Chinese newspapers, TV stations, and Voice of America. My bi-weekly radio show is a popular program welcomed by the Chinese community.
