Justin Robertson

My practice focuses in the area of workers’ compensation. I represent employers, carriers, third party administrators, and self-insureds; and handle every aspect of the workers’ compensation process from mediations, to hearings, and through the North Carolina appellate process. My experience includes defending occupational disease claims, death claims, and injury by accident claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. I also assist employers in developing workplace practices and policies to insure compliance with the Workers’ Compensation Act.
