Justin Madden

For over 20 years, I have helped thousands of people obtain full and fair compensation from insurance companies and corporations when they, or a family member, have been injured or killed by a negligent or careless wrongdoer. Throughout the Great Lakes Region, I have tried cases in courtrooms for victims of negligence, motor vehicle accidents, negligent truck drivers, dangerous products, injuries on property, insurance bad faith and misconduct, sexual harassment, medical errors, and financial scams and disputes. I've handled cases in state and federal courts all over Ohio, as well as Western PA, West Virginia, Michigan, and Western New York. Rated AV preeminent by Martindale Hubble, and listed as one of "The Best Lawyers in Cleveland", as well as an Ohio Super Lawyer for the fourth consecutive year. I'm a past President of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and listed as one of "The Best Lawyers in America. The highest compliment of my work, however, is from clients, present and past, who refer family members, friends and neighbors to me for their legal needs. In addition to my legal practice, I have many roles outside of legal practice. A certified Master Level 5 Ice Hockey Coach by USA Hockey, with twenty years coaching AAA boys and girls youth hockey as well as high school hockey. I'm in my first term as a Township Trustee in Russell Township, having previously served on the Russell Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission. A past chair of the finance council for my church, and in 2005, I was recognized by the Ohio State Bar Foundation for community service work by lawyers under the age of 40. I frequently lecture and present on legal topics, and have appeared on both televsion and radio spots as a commentator. I also serve as a mediator in civil cases for other lawyers and parties.
