About Justin Kolbenschlag
Distinguished New Jersey attorney Justin P. Kolbenschlag focuses his practice on the area of employment law, commercial/business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Kolbenschlag represents victims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. He also represents employers in defending claims of wrongful discharge, unlawful employment practices, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Kolbenschlag also handles a wide-variety of commercial litigation matters, such as breach of contract, restrictive covenant disputes, construction litigation, consumer fraud act litigation, and estate litigation.
