Justin Howard

With over 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Justin co-leads the Product Liability & Mass Tort practice group at McGuireWoods, a global law firm with a strong focus on client service and excellence. He represents manufacturers and distributors in product liability claims and businesses in various industries in high-stakes commercial litigation matters, ranging from contract disputes to class actions. Justin also advises and trains clients in strategic risk management, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory issues and avoid potential litigation. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Richmond School of Law, he teaches trial advocacy to the next generation of lawyers and shares his insights and best practices. His passion is to protect and advance the interests of his clients, while contributing to the development and improvement of the legal profession.
