About Justin Hodges
i am a civil trial lawyer at morgan & morgan, pa, the world's largest personal injury firm. i am licensed in florida, california, and united states court of federal claims in washington d.c. i practice out of morgan & morgan’s downtown orlando and los angeles offices. i was born and raised in central florida and i am a first-generation lawyer. i only represent personal injury plaintiffs. i love my clients. i have handled countless injury cases from soft tissue to high-level catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. during my career, i have been involved in the resolution of over $40 million dollars in settlements and verdicts. prior to joining morgan & morgan, i worked with prestigious boutique injury trial firms in florida and california, where i managed those firms’ litigation and trial practice. i also owned and represented client's with my own firm for a number of years. i have been recognized as a “rising star” by super lawyers magazine – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state’s young lawyers every year from 2020 through present.
