Justin Heideman

My litigation experience is significant. I have handled cases in both the Appellate and Supreme Court of New Mexico, Utah and California. I have also tried cases in the Federal Appellate Court for the 10th Circuit and have submitted cases to the Supreme Court of the United States. The number of district court cases and states is even larger. Recently I have been lead counsel in matter forumned in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Kansas, Montana, and many others. Additionally, I have conducted hearings in front of the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. This is not intended to be a conclusive but rather an illustrative list. Specialties: I have received extensive, competitive, experience in oral argument and received national recognition in High school and College for both debate and forensic events. Include both bronze and silver medal finishes in CEDA Debate. I have also been fortunate to develop great financial resources. In 2008 I was responsible for forming the foundational group and performing the legal work required to start and open Town & Country Bank in St. George, Utah. I served on that Bank’s Board of Directors for 10 years until the Bank sold in 2018. I also successfully litigated one of the largest securities arbitration verdicts in US history. Most recently, I was lead counsel in several multi-million dollar acquisition events and have successfully settled millions of dollars in plaintiff's claims.
