Justin Guilfoyle

I focus my practice on complex employment-related litigation while bringing a wealth of experience in defending against class and collective wage and hour matters. Through my vigorous representation and dedication to creative and efficient problem solving, I help clients navigate the many facets of the employer-employee relationship. I work with employers of all sizes and across industries, defending them in employment disputes of all varieties in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies. My matters involve wage disputes and claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate disabilities, breach of employment contracts, and restrictive covenants and whistleblower violations. Always cognizant of my clients' needs, I partner with them to structure practical and efficient solutions to the complex issues at hand. I received my B.A. from Columbia University and my J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. I am admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the District of New Mexico, and the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
