When I started my estate planning practice, I assumed practicing law would be the hard part.Over the last 10+ years running my practice, I’ve learned that for most solo and small-firm estate planning attorneys, the struggle isn’t the legal work. It’s the hard work of building a sustainable business.I built Estate Engine (estate-engine.com) because I wanted something that made intake cleaner, drafting faster, and the whole workflow easier—for me and my clients. I’ve looked into every legal tech platform and tried all the AI tools. Some of those have their place.
