WHAT I DO I am a registered Patent Attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office, licensed in Utah and Virginia. I counsel clients through the full range of patent needs, from patent procurement to licensing. WHY I PRACTICE IP LAW I have always enjoyed being a patent attorney. Securing patents is very process-oriented, and I like helping our clients through that process in a logical, methodical way that helps them understand what to expect every step of the way. WHAT I BELIEVE I believe in helping my clients by taking their goals and concerns and turning them into something valuable. Having a background as a design engineer with a focus on industrial applications, I understand the obstacles and complexities involved in obtaining a valid, enforceable patent. I am passionate about responding quickly, listening, and speaking the way my clients do. They deserve that. HOW I HELP MY CLIENTS Not all patents are alike. It is important to me to help my clients find the best value during the patent process by making sure we can secure the best we can for that client.
