Julie Stahr

I offer effective, real world counsel and solutions for the human resources and employment law issues employers face on a daily basis. Working closely with my clients, I help demystify complex employment issues, and gear my advice with an eye toward furthering business operations and goals while helping to minimize risk. At the same time, I am an experienced litigator, with a strong track record of success in representing my clients in state and federal court and before administrative agencies on issues ranging from discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, to tort claims, and employment contracts, noncompetes and trade secrets. In addition to regularly publishing works on a variety of timely and topical issues, I frequently speak in forums such as the American Bar Association, The Practicing Law Institute and others. My clients regularly invite me to train on site and present topics of interest to their workforces. My work has earned me recognition as a 2015 BTI Client Services All-Star, an Illinois Super Lawyer in the Labor & Employment area, and an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest standard for professional excellence.
